We have no doubt that the 2020 Lexus RX 350 will continue to hold its position on the market pretty strong. One of the very first luxury SUVs has been around for decades. The current generation is on the market for more than three years and some reports suggest it is time to see some changes. At this point, there is no official confirmation for rumored changes.
That is the reason why most experts believe that the 2020 Lexus RX 350 will come pretty much untouched. It looks like the company plans to redesign this model sooner that we would expect and to make it even more competitive.
Allegedly, Toyota wants to adopt all of its models to a new TNGA platform, which brings improvements in aspects such as efficiency, ride quality, performances etc. In any case, expect to see the 2020 Lexus RX 350 sometime late in the year.

2020 Lexus RX 350 Redesign
No matter if a redesign happens or not, base design characteristics of the 2020 Lexus RX 350 will remain untouched. This mid-size crossover rides of a familiar K platform and we don’t expect bigger changes before a redesign. In the past, this model was available only in two-row versions and that was one of the biggest drawbacks at the time. Last year we saw a new version with three rows. It is longer for about 4.3 inches. Interestingly, the wheelbase has remained the same, slightly less than 110 inches.
As we already mentioned, many believe that the 2020 Lexus RX 350 could come refreshed. Even if this happens, we are pretty sure that changes won’t be significant. We could see a couple of styling tweaks but the overall look should remain largely the same. This would mean a couple of tweaks to the spindle grille and front fascia, but definitely nothing significant. Rest of the crossover would remain untouched if we exclude possible new color options, wheels designs, and similar things.

2020 Lexus RX 350 Interior
We are pretty sure that the cabin of 2020 Lexus RX 350 won’t change, no matter the scenario. The reason is pretty simple. This crossover features one of the finest cabins in the class. You won’t find many models in the class that can match the RX in terms of materials quality and overall style. This one features top-quality materials, plenty of soft-touch surfaces. Most experts would agree that there is nothing important to be changed, even in terms of the style, which is pretty amazing.
The seats are also pretty amazing, which excellent quality and lots of support. The cabin is also very quiet and definitely ensure super-comfortable ride. As we mentioned, there are two versions in the offer, with either a couple of three rows of seating. higher trims are also available with second-row bucket seats. The third row also offers a quite decent amount of legroom, despite the fact that the wheelbase has remained the same as in the two-row models. On the other side, the only big complaint about the RX’s interior goes to the cargo volume, lags behind most crossovers in the class.

2020 Lexus RX 350 Features
One of the things that many like about this crossover is its simplicity when it comes to trim level organization. Base models already come with tons of standard equipment. Highlights among exterior features are 18-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights with automatic high beams, a sunroof, power liftgate etc. On the inside, you can count on simulated leather upholstery, dual-zone climate control, power-adjustable seats and steering wheel, 8-inch touchscreen, navigation, 9-speaker audio system and much more.
Things are getting even better in the F Sport model, which adds a lot of visual upgrades as well. There are also bigger 20-inch wheels, as well as an adaptive suspension. On the inside, you can count on sports seats, paddle shifters and lots of additional equipment.
2020 Lexus RX 350 Engine
The 2020 Lexus RX 350 will definitely continue with a familiar 3.5-liter V6 engine, which features a max output of 295 horsepower and 267 pound-feet of torque. It comes in a pair with an 8-speed automatic transmission, which sends power to front wheels in base models, while AWD is optional. As we already mentioned, paddle shifters are standard in F Sports models. Performances are pretty much average for the class. This crossover needs around 7 seconds to get to 60 mph. On the other side, fuel economy is on a pretty high level. You can count on around 20 mpg in the city and 27 mpg on the highway. That is something you won’t get from most other premium mid-size crossovers.

2020 Lexus RX 350 Release Date and Price
The 2020 Lexus RX 350 should arrive sometime late in the year. We don’t expect bigger changes in price, so base models should go around 43/44.000 dollars.
