Ford’s capable pickup truck comes with a couple of interesting updates but continues with the same overall layout. The 2022 Ford F-350 brings more tech features, as well as new exterior and interior color options. Of course, the biggest highlight is the newly available infotainment screen, with the updated infotainment system. Furthermore, we should mention the new appearance package, which brings additional customization options. On the other hand, the mechanical aspect of the truck remains the same.
All in all, you may count on a pickup that has a lot of good things to offer. We like its capable engines, particularly the monstrous diesel. Also, it comes with a long list of available tech features and traditionally offers some of the highest towing and payload capacities in the class. On the other hand, the on-road ride quality could be better.
We expect that the 2022 Ford F-350 will hit the market in the last quarter of the year.

2022 Ford F-350 Redesign
The current generation of Ford’s Super Duty series has been around for a while but it still has a lot of great things to offer. This especially refers to capabilities but we have to say that this pickup is much more than a capable machine. It is also a well-looking pickup, which comes with numerous customization options. The offer is now even bigger, considering that there is a new appearance package, called Lariat Sport, which brings a couple of Lariat’s fancy details to the lower trim levels. Some of the highlights are a color-matched grille, bumpers, and exterior mirrors, as well as black running boards and chrome exhaust tips.
Other than that, things are largely the same, though we have to mention a new color option in the offer, called Atlas Blue. On the other hand, the mechanical aspect of the pickup remains the same.
Interior
The inside of this pickup brings a few interesting novelties as well. For example, there are new interior color schemes on offer – Baja color scheme for the Lariat, while the Navy Pier and Light Slate are new options for the Limited trim. Still, the biggest novelty is definitely a new, much bigger 12.0-inch touchscreen, which is available in more expensive versions.

The rest of the cabin remains largely the same. The F-350 has a lot to offer in this aspect. Even though it’s not as fancy as Ram 3500, it still offers good build quality and nice materials. The cabin is also spacious and practical, no matter which cab style you choose. Of course, you can choose between single, extended and crew cab variants. Of course, two familiar bed lengths are there – a 6.75-footer or an 8-foot box.
Features
As we already mentioned, the bigger touchscreen is one of the biggest novelties for the next year. However, this infotainment is available in more expensive models, while base versions now feature an 8-inch unit, instead of a small 4.2-inch display. Base models also come standard with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a Wi-Fi hotspot. Additionally, you can get nice upgrades like a 10-speaker audio system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, two household outlets and similar things.
When it comes to safety, pretty much all the essentials are covered. Base versions come with a rearview camera and a few more goodies, while the list of available upgrades is pretty impressive. It includes goodies like automated emergency braking, lane keep assist, a multi-view camera, adaptive cruise control, automatic high beams etc.
2022 Ford F-350 Engines
The engine lineup continues in the same way, with three familiar options. Base models continue with a 6.2-liter V8, which puts out around 385 horsepower and 430 pound-feet of torque, which can deal with some pretty hard tasks. The optional 7.3-liter V8 is even more capable, as it offers a max output of 435 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque. Still, if towing is your priority, then a 6.7-liter turbodiesel is your pick. Of course, we are talking about the well-known engine, which puts out around 475 horsepower and an impressive 1.050 pound-feet of max torque.
With the turbodiesel and fifth wheel, this pickup can tow up to 37.000 pounds, Ford claims. On the other hand, the max payload comes with gasoline models and goes around 7.850 pounds. If that’s too much for you, the F-250 may be a better option.

2022 Ford F-350 Release Date and Price
We expect that the 2022 Ford F-350 will become available sometime in the last quarter of the year. The base model should go around 37.000 dollars.
